What is Crowdcube?
Crowdcube is a crowdfunding platform for start-ups and growing businesses. Crowdcube enables individuals to invest in companies in return for shares of the company.
How can I invest?
We’re partnering with Crowdcube, a crowdfunding platform, for our crowdfunding campaign. When the campaign is live, you will be able to invest via the Crowdcube website.
When will the campaign go live?
The campaign will be launching mid-June. Make sure you have pre-registered to get a notification with the exact day and time.
How can I make money out of this investment?
Shareholders will receive a return on their investment if there is a share sale event, such as an IPO (launching onto a stock exchange), a trade sale (sale to another company), or a share buyback.
What is equity crowdfunding?
Equity crowdfunding is the possibility for non-professional investors to invest through a regulated platform. It’s getting more and more famous among consumer brands that want to share their future successes with their clients.
Who can invest?
Anyone who is over 18 years old and legally entitled to invest, except residents of Canada, Japan, USA, Rusia or Belarus. Customers who would like to participate in the crowdfunding will need to signup on the Crowdcube website.
